Run Permissions for App SetUp
Granting Access
After installing DataOps Command Center, execute this as ACCOUNTADMIN: GRANT IMPORTED PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE SNOWFLAKE TO APPLICATION DATAOPS_COMMAND_CENTER; for full access.

Data Source Info
The app reads only built-in Snowflake system views like TABLES, ACCESS_HISTORY, and QUERY_HISTORY. No data leaves your secure account and no external connections are ever established.
Testing Feature
Enable Demo Mode in the sidebar to preview all features with synthetic data while your ACCOUNT_USAGE views populate. This normally takes 24 to 48 hours for brand new Snowflake accounts.
Requirements
To function correctly, the app requires: an ACCOUNTADMIN role for the initial grant command, any active Snowflake warehouse, and Cortex AI available in your commercial Snowflake region.
Internal Processing Declarations
Application processing occurs within your Snowflake security boundary. Accessed views include OBJECT_DEPENDENCIES, TABLE_STORAGE_METRICS, WAREHOUSE_METERING_HISTORY, TASK_HISTORY, and COLUMNS.
Account System
DataOps Command Center ensures zero egress. Observability and observability features are generated locally using your account's existing activity logs and system schema definitions.
