1. License
Frostwatch grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DataOps Command Center application within your Snowflake account for internal business purposes.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the app for internal data observability, cost analysis, and operational monitoring. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or any of its components.
3. Data Handling
The app reads only Snowflake system metadata (ACCOUNT_USAGE views). It does not access, copy, or transmit your actual table data. All processing occurs within your Snowflake account's security boundary.
4. Availability
The app runs within Snowflake's infrastructure. Availability is subject to Snowflake platform availability. Frostwatch does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime SLAs.
5. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Frostwatch does not guarantee the accuracy of computed scores, cost estimates, or AI-generated recommendations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Frostwatch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time, which terminates this agreement. Frostwatch may discontinue the app with 30 days' notice via Marketplace release notes.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with new app versions. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
